Meadowvale Farm

Meadowvale farm provides riding lessons for all levels. We teach both competitive and non- competitive riders from beginner levels to more advanced. Advanced students are taught flatwork skills (dressage) and jumping, including hunter, jumper and cross-country.

Both group and private lessons are available. 

Coaches

Stephanie Calvert: CEF Certified Level 1 coach. Stephanie has been coaching riders for Horse trials and schooling shows for over 7 years. Stephanie coaches the Meadowvale show team and attends shows with the team. She currently competes with her horse Denver.

Elaine Calvert: Certified CEF Instructor. Elaine has also been coaching for a number of years and typically teaches the beginner and novice riders at Meadowvale.  Elaine currently competes with her horse Viceroy. 

Show Team

Our show team riders compete at schooling shows, the Radical Jumper series, and at Horse Trials. We have riders of all levels in our show team, from those entering novice level flat classes at schooling shows, to students eventing at the Training level.

Lesson Horses

We have a variety of quiet and talented school horses available to suit riders of all levels and abilities. All of our school horses have show experience.

Leasing

Some of our lesson horses are available for part lease for more serious riders who would like extra practice. Leasing is recommended for riders who wish to compete with a school horse.

Rates

$30 - Group lessons: 3 to 5 riders, 1 hour long

$40 - Semi-private lessons: 2 riders, 1 hour long

$45 - Private lessons: 1 rider, 40 minutes long 

        Leasing packages are available from $210/month
